David Genrich, CCIM, SIOR
Principal

David was co-founder of Real Estate Advisors in January 2004.

Mr. Genrich was with CB Richard Ellis from 1997 to 2003 as a Vice President and specialized in Office and Industrial leasing/brokerage. David was consistently recognized as one of the top producers in CB Richard Ellis' Circle of Excellence,and he was nominated for "Broker of the Year" by the New Mexico NAIOP Chapter for both 2000 and 2001. David and his team were the top producers for the Albuquerque office in 2001 and 2002.

In 1994 David joined Equitable Real Estate as Portfolio Manager for the State of New Mexico and supervised a portfolio of over 1 million square feet, including Park Square which is a Class "A" mixed-use project in the heart of Uptown Albuquerque.

In 1990 David served as President and CEO of his own full-service real estate firm in Albuquerque. He directed a staff of thirty-eight employees in the leasing and management of seventeen commercial properties.

David holds the CCIM and SIOR designations.

Education
David holds dual undergraduate degrees in Real Estate and Marketing from the University of North Texas.

With Equitable Real Estate was a member of their National Audit Team, auditing leases, contracts and operations for several national clients in worldwide assignments.

Mark Friedman, CCIM
Principal

Mark became one of the co-founders of Real Estate Advisors in January 2004.

Mr. Friedman joined the Office/Industrial Team at CB Richard Ellis in 2001, specializing in industrial leasing and brokerage. This was the top producing team during Mark's tenure.

In 1999 Mark joined Trammell Crow Company as an industrial specialist.

Mr. Friedman's commercial real estate career began in 1997 with NAI Vaughan Commercial. His main duties included handling tenant representation for industrial clients in the Albuquerque area.

Education
Mark has an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Arizona State University.

Mark began is professional career in 1989 with Value House Catalog Showrooms where he joined the company's management team. In 1992 Mr. Friedman moved to the State of New Mexico where he administered eligibility programs for the Human Services Department.

Tom Jenkins, SIOR
Principal

Tom became one of the co-founding owners of Real Estate Advisors in January 2004. In 1997 Tom joined CB Richard Ellis as a result of CB Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc., and KOLL Real Estate Services combining their operations. Tom was consistently one of the top producers and was the Broker of the Year in 2001 and 2002.

Prior to joining KOLL Tom became a partner in a local real estate firm specializing in tenant representation. Within 18 months the company was successfully positioned and sold
to a national real estate firm.

In 1990 he became a Sales Associate with CBS Property Services. During the 5 years he was at CBS he completed over 350 lease transactions for a total of more than $100 million in consideration and accounting for 1.25 million square feet and 20 sale transactions totaling more than $20 million.

Mr. Jenkins began his career in commercial real estate in 1987 with Cavan Associates, primarily responsible for the leasing of the 500 Marquette Building in Downtown Albuquerque.

Terry L. Johnson CCIM, SIOR
Principal

Terry started his real estate career in Kansas City in 1970, working for one of Kansas City's largest residential developers. In 1973 he moved to Albuquerque to pursue his interest in commercial and industrial brokerage and worked with another brokerage company in Albuquerque until joining Real Estate Advisors in January, 2006.

During the years he has gained extensive knowledge and experience representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants involved in transactions to acquire land and building space for manufacturing, distribution operations and office, retail uses. Several large national and international clients which Terry has represented are Siemens, Lockheed Martin (and Martin Marietta, its predecessor), General Mills, SuperValu, Jeld-Wen, and Covington Capital. Additionally, Terry has represented numerous local individuals and business entities in the development of their real estate assets. He has seen and been a part of Albuquerque's tremendous growth over the last three decades.

Terry coupled his practical knowledge and experience with the formal curricula offered by the real estate brokerage industry to pursue and obtain two major certifications. In 1984 he became the first real estate broker in New Mexico to have earned both designations of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).

Christine M. Sebesta
Vice President

Christine joined Real Estate Advisors in January 2006

Ms. Sebesta began her career in real estate at Berger Briggs in 1989 where she initially managed several residential, office and retail accounts.

In 1991, Christine expanded to a brokerage capacity selling and leasing properties in addition to managing several office and large industrial properties.

Prior to 1989, Christine developed and operated a condominium property management company in Angel Fire New Mexico, and managed several condominium properties in Keystone Colorado.

Prior to her move to the west, Christine was the Controller for a manufacturing concern in Michigan.

Greg Linde
Vice President

Greg Linde joined Real Estate Advisors in July 2007.

Formerly with West Wood Realty in Albuquerque, Mr. Linde specializes in tenant/buyer representation and developer/property owner representation in the sales, leasing, and acquisition of industrial and commercial properties in West Side and Rio Rancho. Greg has over 23 years experience in commercial / industrial and investment real estate brokerage. Greg relocated to Albuquerque in 1999 from Silicon Valley where he spent 15 years as a commercial/ industrial real estate broker.

Art joined Real Estate Advisors in July 2007.

Formerly the Qualifying Broker and owner of AJP Development, Art will focus on the sales and leasing of office, industrial, and retail space. Art has over 20 years experience in commercial real estate throughout the Southwest.

Erick W. Johnson
Associate

Erick joined Real Estate Advisors in January 2006.

He has been in the real estate brokerage business for five years with his primary focus being the sales and leasing of industrial and office properties. Since entering the commercial real estate industry, Erick has been working with Terry and Christine. In addition to his brokerage experience, continuing education plays an integral part in Erick's understanding and analysis of the real estate market. For this reason, Erick is working towards his CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Member, designation which he hopes to have completed in 2008. Honesty, integrity, and a keen attention to details are qualities that Erick strives to provide his clients in attaining their goals and objectives.

Ed joined Real Estate Advisors in May of 2006, after the sale of his business, Techline. Ed's 23 years of experience directly related to the clients use, space plan layout, and the implementation of office, medical, and business environments. From initial design to product selection and installation, Ed has successfully helped many Albuquerque companies create a functional and thriving business environment. His years of experience can transfer into a quick and concise evaluation of business space, which saves the client time and money.

While in business Ed was involved in several commercial properties. He succeeded in meeting with potential tenants in writing leases, tenant development, and property management.
