David Genrich, CCIM, SIOR
Principal
David was co-founder
of REA in January 2004.
Mr. Genrich was with CB Richard Ellis from 1997 to 2003 as a Vice
President and specialized in Office and Industrial leasing/brokerage.
David was consistently recognized as one of the top producers in CB
Richard Ellis' Circle of Excellence,and
he was nominated for "Broker of the Year" by the New Mexico NAIOP Chapter
for both 2000 and 2001. David and his team were the top producers for
the Albuquerque office in 2001 and 2002.
In 1994 David joined Equitable Real Estate as Portfolio Manager for
the State of New Mexico and supervised a portfolio of over 1 million
square feet, including Park Square which is a Class "A" mixed-use project
in the heart of Uptown Albuquerque.
In 1990 David served as President and CEO of his own full-service real
estate firm in Albuquerque. He directed a staff of thirty-eight employees
in the leasing and management of seventeen commercial properties.

including CCIM, NAIOP, CARNM and REEF.
David holds the CCIM and SIOR designations.
Education
David holds dual undergraduate degrees in Real Estate and Marketing
from the University of North Texas.
Related Experience
With Equitable Real Estate was a member of their National Audit
Team, auditing leases, contracts and operations for several national
clients in worldwide assignments.

Mark Friedman, CCIM
Principal
Mark became one of the co-founders of REA in January 2004.
Mr. Friedman joined the Office/Industrial Team at CB Richard Ellis in
2001, specializing in industrial leasing and brokerage. This was the
top producing team during Mark's tenure.
In 1999 Mark joined Trammell Crow Company as an industrial specialist.
Mr. Friedman's commercial real estate career began in 1997 with NAI
Vaughan Commercial. His main duties included handling tenant representation
for industrial clients in the Albuquerque area.
Education
Mark has an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Arizona State
University.

Professional Background
Mark began is professional career in 1989 with Value House Catalog Showrooms
where he joined the company's management team. In 1992 Mr. Friedman
moved to the State of New Mexico where he administered eligibility programs
for the Human Services Department.

Tom Jenkins
Principal
Tom became one of the co-founding owners
of REA in January 2004. In 1997 Tom joined CB Richard
Ellis as a result of CB Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc., and KOLL
Real Estate Services combining their operations. Tom was consistently
one of the top producers and was the Broker of the Year in 2001 and
2002.
Prior to joining KOLL Tom became a partner in a local real estate firm
specializing in tenant representation. Within 18 months the company
was successfully positioned and sold
to a national real estate firm.
In 1990 he became a Sales Associate with CBS Property Services. During
the 5 years he was at CBS he completed over 350 lease transactions for
a total of more than $100 million in consideration and accounting for
1.25 million square feet and 20 sale transactions totaling more than
$20 million.
Mr. Jenkins began his career in commercial real estate in 1987 with
Cavan Associates, primarily responsible for the leasing of the 500 Marquette
Building in Downtown Albuquerque.

Art joined REA in July
2007.
Formerly the Qualifying Broker and owner of AJP Development, Art will
focus on the sales and leasing of office, industrial, and retail space.
Art has over 20 years experience in commercial real estate throughout
the Southwest.

Ed Anlian 
Associate
Ed joined REA in May of
2006, after the sale of his business, Techline. Ed's 23 years of experience
directly related to the clients use, space plan layout, and the implementation
of office, medical, and business environments. From initial design to
product selection and installation, Ed has successfully helped many
Albuquerque companies create a functional and thriving business environment.
His years of experience can transfer into a quick and concise evaluation
of business space, which saves the client time and money.

While in business Ed was involved in several commercial properties.

and Loan.

Jeff Kruse, CPM
Director of Property Management
Mr. Kruse is a Partner and Managing Director of REA Management. Jeff is responsible for the oversight of all daily property management operations. Jeff has a background in accounting and has over 20 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. After starting as property accountant for the New Mexico CBRE office, Jeff has held the position of Director of Property Management for the New Mexico offices of Grubb & Ellis and Asset Management Solutions (a joint venture between Sedberry and Associates and Argus Investment Realty). Jeff has his CPM designation and is active in the New Mexico BOMA and IREM Chapters.
