Tom Jenkins, SIOR

Tom Jenkins is a founding Principal and Qualifying Broker of REA. Tom brings over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. Tom has consistently been recognized as a top performer in the industry, including being recognized by New Mexico Business Weekly for Largest Real Estate Sale, CCIM Marketing Deal of the Year, NAIOP National Exceptional Mixed-Use Project, NAIOP Award of Excellence Office Project and NAIOP Award of Excellence Industrial Project. Tom is an SIOR, an active member of NAIOP and current serves on the NAIOP National Forum for Urban Redevelopment.

Mark Friedman, CCIM

Mark Friedman is a founding Principal of REA. Mark has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. Mark's main focus is in brokerage and the leasing of industrial and office properties in New Mexico. Mark is a CCIM and has held leadership positions in LIN and CARNM and has completed the Realtor's Leadership Series.

Jeff Kruse, CPM

Jeff Kruse is Managing Director of REA Property Management. Jeff is responsible for the oversight of all daily property management operations. Jeff has a background in accounting and has over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Jeff has his CPM designation and a member of IREM as well as an active member in the New Mexico BOMA Chapter.

Julie Ferguson, LEED AP

Julie Ferguson is a Manager at REA. Julie has over 15 years of experience in real estate. Julie’s background is in project management of acquisitions and development; including financing and construction. Julie is a member of the Urban Land Institute and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Andy Ramirez

Andy Ramirez is a consulting Business Development Associate at REA. Andy has over 22 years of sales experience in the Real Estate market in both California and New Mexico. Andy’s background is in various capacities including title and escrow companies, residential lending brokerage and residential real estate brokerage.
